FAQ

The first step is to click the "Wedding & Elopement Inqiruires" button and fill out the form. Then I will get back to you via email. We will set up a meeting either in person or video chat to connect and talk about your vision and the services I offer package options. If you'd like to move forward after that, next, I'll send a contract to review and sign along with an invoice. I require a $500 retainer with the contract. The retainer reflects your remaining balance and is not refundable. The remainder is due two weeks before and is refundable up to 7 days before your big day. After the contract and retainer, we schedule your engagement session if applicable. Before the wedding day, the last big step is to meet about two weeks prior. We create the day of the photo timeline at this meeting or refine it.

The Photo Timeline is the schedule for the day, as far as photos go. If you have a wedding planner, we work with the schedule you put together. If you don't have a planner, the Day of Schedule can be a great help to keep us on track.

The Family Photo list is essentially a shot list of who you want in your photos and what combinations. It will help the flow of family photos go as smoothly as possible. I will ask for this at our final meeting:)

Turnaround times vary depending on what season your wedding is in. The contract will say full delivery with in 180 days of the wedding day with 50-100 sneak peeks within 7 days of your wedding day. Realistically it takes me between 2-3 months to complete and send your entire wedding.

Travel expenses vary depending of course. I do not charge for travel if you're within the Spokane or Kootenai counties. If you're outside those limits, travel expenses could range from a tank of gas to airfare and lodging.

So far my travel dates are:
April 8-10, 2022: Phoenix, Arizona
November 8-12, 2022: Orlando, Florida
