7. Schedule our final meeting where we go over final details and create the photo timeline and family photo list.
8. Pay remaining balance.

A photo timeline is a guide for the day. We work together to fit all of the events in with realistic timeframes.

Here is an example of a timeline with 8 Hour Coverage for a summer wedding:)

• Getting ready candids & Detail shots: 2:00-2:30
• Bride in dress: 2:30-2:45
• Dad first look: 2:45-2:55
• Groom first look + bride & groom portraits: 3:00-3:30
• Bridal Party Portraits: 3:30-4:00
• Family Portraits: 4:00 - 4:30
• Hide for ceremony: 4:30
• Ceremony: 5:30 -6:00
• Sign marriage license: 6:00-6:15
• Entrance to reception: 6:30
• Dances: 6:30-6:45
• Dinner & toasts: 7-7:30
• Cake & tosses : 7:30-8
• Open dance floor: 8:00
• Sunset photos: 8:20 - 8:50

Timelines make note of sunset & golden hour for the date and location. We will work together to create a family photo list together as well. This list ensures we get the combinations desired and stay on schedule.

Wedding and Elopement Retainer is $500

Engagement Session Retainer is $100

This will reflect your remaining balance. Final payment is due one week before the wedding date or engagement session date. All retainers are non-refundable.

YES! If your wedding, elopement or engagement session is outside Spokane County there will be a travel charge.

Please include the location details in your message. It will come down to covering either gas or airfare along with lodging when applicable.

• Final Wedding or Elopement Gallery turnaround is 2 - 4 months.

You can purchase a 30 day expedited full wedding gallery turnaround for $600.

I do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. However, your retainer (deposit) is non-refundable.
